Start with the rest of your plans
Your neckline, accessories and the sort of day you have planned can help narrow the style choices. Take a picture of a hair accessory if you would like to discuss using it.
Tell the stylist when you need to be ready. Allow time afterwards to dress and leave, and avoid treating a suggested time as a confirmed booking.
Choose a few useful references
Two or three pictures are often easier to discuss than a large collection. Say whether it is the height, the softness around the face or the pinned shape that appeals.
A photograph is a way to describe a preference. Hair length, texture and accessories affect what can be arranged, so the actual style should be agreed with the stylist.
Check preparation in advance
Ask whether to wash your hair beforehand and what you should have ready. Bring the accessories you have discussed and mention any extensions before a visit is accepted.
This sample offering demonstrates one occasion-styling appointment. It does not include a wedding package, a group booking or guaranteed availability for an event date.
